This promotion is only available to new deposits on New Living home designs taken from 17th January 2022 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including discounts. The offer is not transferable for cash or credit at contract (irrespective of any unused promotion credit amounts). Sherridon Homes reserves the right to withdraw, extend or alter this offer at any time without notice. To be eligible for this promotion customer must deposit an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,500. Offer is subject to all sales documentation being signed off and received by head office within 14 days of payment of the initial deposit and the client providing proof of funding details for construction. The total promotional price includes Sherridon’s Higher Standard of inclusions and “The Life You Want” promotional items. Up to $75,000 worth of inclusions comprises of Sherridon’s Higher Standard $34,930, Luxury Pack $31,950, Cooling Upgrade $24,500 and Ceiling Upgrade $4,500 (values are based on Melrose 37 double storey home design) less the purchase price of all double storey packs $20,400. Single storey values comprise of Luxury Pack $27,950, Cooling Upgrade $15,000 and Ceiling Upgrade $5,200 (values are based on Clifton 28 single storey home design) and the purchase price of all single storey packs are $18,000. Cooling and ceiling upgrade options must be purchased in conjunction with the Luxury pack. Evaporative cooling and reverse ducted system are design specific. Low profile evaporative cooling unit not included in promotion and will be an additional cost.
